Since 2011, there have been six statewide Partners in Preparedness Summits in Arizona. These were one and two-day in-person conferences that brought together the local community members along with emergency management to work on innovative approaches to inclusive disaster readiness. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Partners in Preparedess Summit moved to an online webinar format. Now for 2021, there will be a webinar hosted each month on an important disability justice topic related to COVID-19.
